|Recommended: YesExcellent My family is very pleased to be tenants here. — I would tell anyone that signing a lease with University Edge will give you all the bang for your buck. There are many options out there, but I will tell you honestly that my apartment search seemed very grim until the moment I stopped into their office. The staff all greeted me with smiles and the environment was clean and refreshing. The harmonious vibe between staff was exemplary, and their goals to accommodate me as a new resident was clear and comforting. The application process was very much convenient and to the point, and there was almost no red tape Thank You University Edge

|Recommended: YesThis new administration couldn't be better. If I need something to be fixed I submit a work order online in a matter of minutes and the next day it's fixed, they are always polite, and they really value quality service to all UEdge residents. Also, the apartments here are very comfortable and the complete package of wifi, gym facility, shuttle, water, light, study room, play room, etc makes things much easier. I literally pay through an app in seconds I have friends that need to pay 5 different bills from 5 different channels. Living here has been a great experience for me and I highly encourage other students to live in UEdge.

|Recommended: YesGood. — Nice apartments and facilities, maintenance is reactive, there is a shuttle. The only annoying thing is the distance from ND campus especially in the winter when it's too cold to bike scooter . For some reason, I feel that my room wasn't as insulated as my roomates' so it got cold in the winter. The AC vents outside the buildings can also get noisy at times.

We understand that this area can be a bit rigid with cold temps in the winter time and that definitely makes commuting harder. Hopefully having the shuttle to campus helped out with that a bit! |Recommended: YesReview of University Edge — Although I'm a graduate student, my daughter and I love our apartment. I feel very safe here and I'm only 5 minutes away from work. As a registered nurse it's nice to come home and relax in such a spacious area. It is not only catered to students but single families as well and I always tell people what a wonderful place it is. It would be more wonderful if the tanning bed were fixed. I love the staff, they are very friendly, smiling and always greet you like they have known you for years. Thank you

|Recommended: YesNice place to live, but not without its issues — Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and the apartment is clean and spacious overall. Office staff is friendly but since they are new, they are not quite knowledgable about the property. I am also experiencing difficulty in getting credit for referrals which I was promised by the previous property manager and I was also overcharged for the initial sign-up. There are some growing pains due to the management change but I'm hoping to have these issues ironed out in the next few weeks.

|Recommended: YesThe property is perfect for college students. — It is a perfect college apartment for a reasonable price. Has everything you need and is very comfortable to live in. Having good neighbors will be important, too.

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live. — University edge is a great place to live for young adults attending school at the surrounding universities. The amenities are very nice and clean and the apartments are wonderful. Everyone has their own space, including their own bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to live.

|Recommended: NoIts alright — Its definitely overpriced for the quality but there aren't a ton of furnished places close to campus in South Bend. The apartment is comfortable but the insulation isn't great so its quite cold in the bedrooms during winter. It could just be my apartment but its also loud. There are loud girls downstairs and a stomper upstairs, I definitely wish the walls were thicker. The complex also does a good job at paving the sidewalks near the office but not as much in the peripheries. Overall, my opinions of the complex are mixed. Its fine enough though and its not like South Bend is ripe with choices for furnished apartments with short-term leases.
