|Recommended: YesEasy Move-in, Great Place — I had a smooth move-in, the office staff were really helpful and worked with my timeline. My room was thoroughly cleaned, and the few requests for fixes in the room had the maintenance jump to it in a few hours. Renewed my lease

|Recommended: YesReview — When I first got here and given my keys I was given the wrong keys. Luckily my apartment was already unlocked but I had to call emergency maintenance which was a hassle. The maintenance did a great job at getting me the right key right away though. The apartment was not very clean. I thought that it would be cleaned before I moved in but it did not seem so. The baseboards were gross and I don’t want to describe the mop water after I mopped. There were mushrooms growing from the baseboards in my bathroom which was actually disgusting. The couch has covers on it so I wanted to wash them, but when I went to take one off the cushion was falling apart. Besides not being clean I don’t have any other complaints.
|Recommended: NoOvercharges and does not respond to communication — I've just moved into University Edge and was primarily interested in this property due to the shuttle to campus service and primarily student population. However, management here clearly operates under the belief that dealing with a student population means their needs can be depriortized. After finding an incorrect charge on my account I made three attempts to reach out to correct the problem and was told it was taken care of once I finally got through to someone. It wasn't, and I ended up being overcharged over 400 dollars in rent. It's a fine place to live if you never have any issues, otherwise don't expect to be able to get into contact with a real person. Once you've signed that contract they don't care, and it shows.
|Recommended: YesExtremely Dirty and Poorly Maintained Apartment — The room was never cleaned before I moved in. The carpet had hair of different colors and even broken glass. The bathroom and toilet were filthy, covered in dust, and clearly not scrubbed for a long time. I had to vacuum the carpet and bathroom for three days just to make it somewhat livable. The window frames and blinds were coated with a thick layer of dust, which made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since I’m sensitive about cleanliness. The soundproofing was also quite poor. At the very least, an apartment should be properly cleaned before a new tenant arrives, instead of leaving the mess from the previous tenant for the next one to deal with.
|Recommended: NoNice place but disgusting when I moved in — The apartment complex seems great, but the apartment itself was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. It looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in years. There was hair and grease everywhere, old food bits in the carpet, etc. It took a whole day to deep clean on my own.
|Recommended: YesLooking forward to enjoying our new home — Everyone has been professional throughout the entire process We have had nothing but good things to say and can't wait to enjoy our new home soon
