|Recommended: YesJust a few things — The living spaces are good and secure and are well organized. The staff is friendly and despite the demographic being college students, noise is usually down on the weekdays. The bathrooms are perfect hot water and water pressure are consistent and last long. The beds are decent, needs a layer of padding to soften up if need be.
Maintenance has not fulfilled my roommate's requests for the dryer, his smoke alarm, and his bathroom. I have no personal experience but the lack of involvement in improving his conditions makes me believe maintenance is lackluster. Second is a general gripe, lack of cleaning supplies. I am aware any items beyond the living spaces and utilities are the resident's responsibility to bring however, given the way the previous roommate left things, either a cleaning crew for the unit not just the individual rooms needs to be introduced when someone new moves in or cleaning supplies should be provided. Still, overall a decent place to stay even with my particular circumstances and experiences.
|Recommended: YesThe maintenance supervisor Joe goes above and beyond to take care of the needs of everyone. He always puts the residents first and doesn't hesitate to to put extra time in to get it right the first time. Uedge is lucky to have him

|Recommended: YesNoise and litter — Living here is highly satisfactory. However, I seem to have noisy upstairs neighbors. There is constant banging, which I can only assume is loud footsteps or consistent running around. Also I found empty alcohol containers near my doorstep.

|Recommended: YesReview — Overall - good. Response to maintenance as well package receiving isn’t good because of the hours. Office hours are the ones when I work and cannot get access to my package. Today the office doors were closed and the delivery couldn’t access the building so I missed my delivery.

Extra attention to details.. crown molding Everything is just perfect Definitely a place I am totally proud to call home And every time I invite a guest over the first thing they say.. I want to live here too much.. and they do now I have two friends that each signed their lease within the past week Truly can’t say enough about this place.. I am never leaving
